Data Analyst
The ideal candidate will have experience in an analytical role within a digital business. You will have excellent presentation skills and can write strong reports and deliver results in a confident manner. This role would suit a candidate with strong data analysis skills, an advanced user of Microsoft Power BI and CRM Systems, as well as being an excellent communicator.
The Role
As a Data Analyst within the company, you will have a challenging, diverse, and rewarding position. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Gather, collate, and analyse internal and external data producing reports and graphs, providing analysis and interpretation to support all stakeholders
- Data cleanse internal CRM systems and setup process to ensure data is always of a high quality
- Setup and execute ad-hoc and new trigger campaigns
- Monitor automated trigger campaigns and reporting
- Utilise API’s and other related technologies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients and report status updates

Regional Sales Executive (International Team)
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
General overview of the role and individual requirements:
Reporting to the Head of International Sales, the Regional Sales Executive role is a senior customer facing position and will require considerable flexibility. It is a key requirement of the role that the successful candidate is currently active in, or has recent experience in the long-term social care sector and will have a network of senior contacts at local, regional and board level within care providers throughout Ireland.
The focus of the role is building new business in a region for Person Centred Software and you will be part of the International Sales Team and expected to work closely with a number of functions at central level to ensure success and effective communication of the regional requirements.

Employee Success Manager

The Employee Success Manager will report into the Head of Finance. This position will wear multiple hats including Employee Success generalist activities, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, serving as an internal Employee Success business and Wellness expert for managers, supporting and enforcing all Employee Success policies and processes. In addition, this position assesses and anticipates Employee Success-related needs, communicates needs proactively with business management, and seeks to develop integrated solutions.
