READ CQC REPORT

‘Most care plans were now available on line for staff to access. Staff were issued with a small electronic device to view care plans and record daily notes. All the staff we spoke to felt this had really improved and felt it was very positive and gave them more time to spend with residents. One staff member told us, “I’ve seen a lot of changes in my time and I just love the new mini tablets [devices] we now use, it makes everything so much easier”. Another staff member said, “I prefer the care plans on line. Accessible all the time, don’t have to find a [paper] care plan just click on the resident’s profile and you can see the assessments and care plan”.’
